Saudi National Day 96 Offer — Summary Terms

This is an operational draft and should be legally reviewed and approved by ICS before launch.

1. The offer is for companies, organizations, government and semi-government entities only; it is not available to individuals.
2. The offer is available only to eligible new customers and is subject to ICS review and approval.
3. The SAR 960 promotional credit applies only to eligible ICS services confirmed at activation.
4. The offer ends at the end of 23 September 2026 unless all 96 offers are allocated earlier.
5. The credit is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or resalable.
6. Devices and equipment are not included.
7. Third-party fees, telecom or WhatsApp usage charges, VAT, implementation, customization and professional services are excluded unless ICS confirms otherwise in writing.
8. Registration creates no purchase obligation and does not require continued service after the promotional credit is consumed or expires.
9. An application counts toward the first 96 only after ICS approval. Incomplete or ineligible applications do not reserve a slot.
10. ICS may pause or amend the campaign where necessary, subject to any already activated and approved credit and the applicable service terms.
